The Purple Lagoon — You are here!
My home base on the Web, online since 1997. Includes subsites Angel Grove (1997), TC Kris's Phantom Page (1997; retired 2007), A Shrine to Aisha Campbell (1998), and The Beat Goes On (2003).
The Little Book Online: A Guide to Funding at Collins LLC (2000) — A site I developed to explain the procedures for funding student projects at Collins Living-Learning Center, my residence hall at Indiana University. It is no longer being updated and has been archived at Collinsites.org (see below).
Pfeifer & Associates Training and Consulting (2000) — A site I created for my uncle's law enforcement training business. (Now offline as he is no longer doing consulting.)
Father Psalm (2001) — My friend Duncan's one-man show about his father and breathing diseases.
Burris Elementary School (2002; redesigned 2006) — Pretty self-explanatory, methinks. I designed the site, but it is maintained by the school.
Lamplighter's Haven (2002) — A hastily-thrown-together (hastily) Collins site. Has since been closed and replaced by Collinsites.org (see below).
The Navigator (2002) — A newsletter/Web portal for graduate students. Probably the most useful thing I've ever created. (Offline due to the redesign of the main SPEA site.)
Elaine and George 2005 — Or as Elaine calls it, the "global ever-changing wedding information booth."
Collinsites.org (2005) — "This is the place that has chosen you, held you to its heart, and will not let you go. Safe within its walls you thrive and grow beneath the sun, invincible as ivy."
Delta Upsilon Fraternity (2007) — I designed the templates for this site; the fraternity is populating and maintaining it.
Individualized Major Program (2008) — I learned a lot of new tricks for this site. It has a more complex layout and yet is more accessible than any other I've built.
